Living trust is a document or a trust which is created during your lifetime. The main aim of a living trust is to supervise the transfer of your assets after your death. According to the grantor’s wishes assets transfer to the beneficiaries as outlined in a trust agreement. Living Trusts Documents must be signed by the parties in the presence of a notary public and notarized to come in the force.

JOINT LIVING TRUST
The Joint Living Trust Agreement is signed by husband and wife and determines the duties and responsibilities of the trustees in order to manage property which is transsferred to the Living Trust and to share the property after your deaths according to your instructions. If both of you die or are unable to serve as trustees, a successor trustee choosed by you steps in to serve. You are the trustees only while you are alive and competent.

SINGLE LIVING TRUST
The Living Trust Agreement is signed by you, the Settlor, and and determines the duties and responsibilities of the trustees in order to manage property which is transsferred to the Living Trust and to share the property after your deaths according to your instructions. .
